2021 News
After almost a year of limited opportunity for exhibitions, it is great to be able to write about two major events in the next two months.
MARCH – International Women’s Day Exhibition
#ChooseToChallenge
The Exhibition
The Melbourne Camera Club is celebrating the upcoming International Women’s Day by curating our fourth annual exhibition of photography from female photographers, to be on display 4 – 30 March 2021 in our heritage listed building in South Melbourne.
We are excited about the opportunity to bring together women in photography and explore the theme, #ChooseToChallenge. This year, we celebrate the IWD theme and choose to seek out and celebrate women’s achievements to create an inclusive and more gender-equal world. A challenged world is an alert world and from challenge comes change, so let’s all choose to challenge.
I have been invited to enter two images for this exhibition and am looking forward to being part of this prestigious event. [See the new Gallery 2021]
